Delivery Policy

At Phonixabd.com, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please review our delivery policy below for details on delivery coverage, timelines, charges, and other important information.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products across all regions of Bangladesh, including metropolitan cities and remote districts.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or courier-related issues.

3. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳70
Outside Dhaka: ৳110
Pathao Express: Charges vary based on location and distance
Free Delivery: Available on selected products or during special promotional campaigns

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
For pre-order items, customers will be contacted once the product becomes available.

5. Delivery Partners

To ensure secure and timely delivery, we work with trusted courier services, including:

Our in-house delivery team
Steadfast Courier
Sundarban Courier
Other reliable courier partners as needed

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only within Dhaka city.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, a minimum advance payment of ৳200 is required.
The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

7. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive order confirmation via SMS or email after placing an order.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared for delivery updates.

8. Failed Deliveries

Delivery attempts may fail due to:

Incorrect or incomplete contact information
Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Refusal to accept the parcel

In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. Repeated delivery failures may result in order cancellation.
