At PhoniXa, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the terms below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect model, color, or item).
• The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Physical damage or signs of misuse after delivery.
• Products with broken security seals or signs of use.
• Custom orders or items marked as final sale.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), PhoniXa will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of the return.
• Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
