Pre-Order Policy

At PhoniXa, we offer customers the convenience of pre-ordering selected upcoming or restocking smartphones, gadgets, and accessories. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

1. Pre-Order Process

• Customers may place a pre-order for eligible products through our website phonixabd.com, Facebook page PhoniXa Ltd, or via direct message.
• No advance payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
• Customers must provide accurate personal information, including:

• • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Delivery Address

• Submitting a pre-order does not guarantee product availability or confirm a final order until PhoniXa verifies and confirms it.

2. Order Confirmation

• When the pre-ordered product becomes available, our team will contact you via phone call or SMS.
• During this call, you may:

• • Confirm the order and proceed with delivery

  • Cancel the pre-order without any charges

• Only after confirmation is the order considered valid and ready for delivery.
  
  

3. Advance Payment for Deliveries Outside Dhaka

• For deliveries outside Dhaka city, customers must pay a ৳200 advance after confirming the order.
• This advance acts as a security deposit and will be adjusted against the final payable amount upon delivery.
• If the customer cancels after paying the advance, the ৳200 is non-refundable, except when:

• • The product becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered from PhoniXa’s side.

4. Cancellation Terms

• Pre-orders may be canceled any time before the confirmation call at no cost.
• During the confirmation call, customers may also cancel without any penalty.
• For cancellations after paying the advance deposit (outside Dhaka orders), the non-refundable rule applies as described in Section 3.

5. General Conditions

• All pre-orders are subject to availability, stock limitations, and supplier conditions.
• PhoniXa reserves the right to:
  

  • Cancel any pre-order due to misinformation, stock limitations, or policy violations

  • Modify or update this Pre-Order Policy at any time without prior notice

• Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly for updates.
